Year 1 - Here We Are by Oliver Jeffers
This term, Pegasus class have been reading the book Here We Are by Oliver Jeffers. We thought about what is means to live on planet Earth, and the things we have here, like the land and sea. We then read the poem Out and About by Shirley Hughes, and began to think about being outside and exploring nature. We thought about the seasons we have and created pictures of how the weather is changing, we visited our outdoor space to seek inspiration and then wrote our own poems about the things we do when we are outside. We hope you enjoy reading them!
